自2011到2014的三年間，中國使用的水泥比美國在上個(gè)世紀(jì)一百年的時(shí)間里消耗的都要多。曾經(jīng)住在自然質(zhì)料住宅中的人們，現(xiàn)在都遷入了混凝土衡宇中，而且這個(gè)趨勢隨著全球化的歷程在天下各地都變得加倍普遍。事務(wù)所被委托設(shè)計(jì)3個(gè)旅館，以顯示出傳統(tǒng)自然質(zhì)料和現(xiàn)代手法結(jié)合后的潛力：區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)的審美，設(shè)計(jì)師想要顯示出自然質(zhì)料的美感，直接將裸露的土壤用作外立面的設(shè)計(jì)。用非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的質(zhì)料為當(dāng)?shù)鼐喸炝烁嗟木蜆I(yè)時(shí)機(jī)，也加強(qiáng)了城鄉(xiāng)直接的區(qū)別性和多元化，促進(jìn)了經(jīng)濟(jì)的公平生長，保護(hù)了地球的生態(tài)。

Within three years(2011-2014)China consumed more cement than the USA during the last century. Most of those people living now in concrete housing blocks were living in houses made of natural materials. This trend happens all over the world. Alternatives are needed to reduce CO2 emissions. The3 hostels show that traditional, natural materials can be used in contemporary ways: unlike many traditional houses that hide mud behind fake facades, this project celebrates the beauty of natural materials. Using non-standardized, local materials will lead to more diversity in urban and rural regions, foster fair economics ?C through the creation of jobs ?C and preserve our planet`s ecosystem.

浙江省寶溪龍泉山竹子旅館這個(gè)項(xiàng)目是龍泉國際雙年展的一部門，主辦方約請了12名修建師來設(shè)計(jì)竹材結(jié)構(gòu)的永遠(yuǎn)性修建。Studio Anna Heringer 的設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)被委托設(shè)計(jì)2個(gè)旅館和1個(gè)民宿。旅館的結(jié)構(gòu)由石頭和夯土質(zhì)料組成。核心區(qū)包羅所有的設(shè)施和樓梯，附有休息的空間。核心區(qū)外的部門是竹編的外立面，就像中國傳統(tǒng)的燈籠，體現(xiàn)了編織竹子的顯示力。

This project was part of the Longquan International Biennale that sought to build with bamboo, for which12 architects were invited to build permanent structures. Our studio was commissioned for2 hostels and1 guesthouse. The structure of the hostels is formed out of a core made of stones and rammed earth. The core hosts all facility units and the stairs. Attached to it are the sleeping units. The latter are designed like Chinese lampshades that gloom in the night. Around them is an expressive structure out of woven bamboo.

通凡人們以為可持續(xù)性是關(guān)于稀缺性的，但自然的性子并不范圍于此。這些偉大的質(zhì)料，竹子、土壤都是大量存在于自然中的，他們在經(jīng)濟(jì)和生態(tài)方面都有很重大的意義，對人和地球的可持續(xù)生長有著重要的作用。這些修建是一個(gè)關(guān)于可持續(xù)生長、關(guān)于生活質(zhì)量的倡議，讓人民重視自然潛伏的偉大資本。

In general we tend to think that sustainability is about scarcity. But the nature of nature is not limitation. These great building materials bamboo and mud are there in abundance. They make sense in economic as well as ecological perspective, are healthy for people and the planet. These buildings are a statement that sustainability is about quality of life and the celebration of nature`s vast resources.

竹編和夯土的技術(shù)是勞動(dòng)麋集型的，對工匠的技術(shù)是一個(gè)很大的挑戰(zhàn)，同時(shí)也讓當(dāng)?shù)厣缛悍窒淼捷^大的利潤份額。該項(xiàng)目希望通過竹子的柔韌性等內(nèi)在的特征形成的具有內(nèi)含的文化品質(zhì)。同時(shí)發(fā)揚(yáng)中國豐富的工藝傳統(tǒng)。寶溪的一大傳統(tǒng)工藝就是當(dāng)?shù)氐奶沾纱?，這個(gè)形態(tài)釀成了修建外觀的靈感來源。

The applied techniques bamboo weaving and rammed earth are labour intensive, challenge the skills of local craftsmen and leaving the biggest share of the profit with the community. The project wants to re-connect with the authenticity of cultural goods shaped out of immanent material characteristics like the bending strength of bamboo, and with the rich tradition in craftsmanship of China like basket weaving. One of the cultural identities of Baoxi is ceramic vessels. Those were the inspirations behind the shapes.

修建的能源系統(tǒng)是基于古老的采溫順保溫方式：火和陽光，風(fēng)，遮陰和植物的結(jié)合削減了空調(diào)的使用。為了阻止將款項(xiàng)和資本虛耗在內(nèi)部的溫度控制上，只有核心區(qū)的房間使用了溫控裝置。而且核心區(qū)的溫控方式采取了低科技的手法，保證了對環(huán)境的友好性：通過高效的鍋爐加熱生活用水，同時(shí)也采取太陽能網(wǎng)絡(luò)器幫助加熱淋浴用水，火爐同時(shí)可以在公共室內(nèi)締造交流的氣氛。

The energy system is based on direct and“archaic” sources like fire and sun, wind, shade, plants and the concept of minimizing the conditioned spaces. Rather than making a huge effort in both money and resources for controlling the climate of the entire volume of the hostels, only the core ?C that hosts the utility rooms ?C and the cocoons are thermally controlled. They are protected from the rain and have heating or cooling options on a very low-tech level. The fire is used as a heating source through an effective oven that also heats warm water for the showers supported by solar collectors, while creating a communicative atmosphere in the common rooms.

在這個(gè)星球資本有限的情況下，我們不能只提供70億人口的工業(yè)化質(zhì)料。使用自然質(zhì)料，實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)和公正的生長至關(guān)重要。這個(gè)項(xiàng)目可以作為成立簡單但有意義，信托自然質(zhì)料真實(shí)性的“迷人氣力”的典型。

With our planet`s limited resources we can”t provide7 billion people an appropriate habitat made of industrialized materials only. The use of natural materials is vital in order to enable a sustainable and fair development. This project can act as a model for building simple but with sense and believing in the“charming power” which lies in the natural materials” authenticity.
